Welcome to my art room!
This is my first year teaching art. I have PreK-5th grade.
We will be using sketchbooks 1st-5th and studying the elements of art along with art history and exploration.
PrK will do a Montessori-style class.
K-2 will do "Guided Art" where I will utilize art centers and small groups to teach lessons.
3-5 will do more involved projects.
I also hope to incorporate technology into our art lessons and projects.

Thank you for sharing how you painted your carpet. I will be returning to the classroom soon and planning way to maintain social distancing. We won't be having our classroom rug for circle time and needed to find a way to stencil letters to the carpet squares my site is providing. Your blog was VERY HELPFUL!
